Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NovaPR ("we", "our", or "NovaPR") — a digital PR placement platform operating at novapr.co. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for ensuring any content you submit complies with the laws of your jurisdiction and the publisher's editorial guidelines.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate registration information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including accounts created for fraudulent purposes.
3. Services
NovaPR acts as an intermediary between clients and independent publications. We do not control editorial decisions made by third-party publishers. We do not guarantee acceptance of any specific article by any specific publication — though we commit to finding a suitable placement or issuing a full refund per our Refund Policy.
4. Wallet & Payments
You add funds to a prepaid wallet using one of our supported payment methods (crypto via NOWPayments, UPI / netbanking via Razorpay, or card via Square). Funds in your wallet are non-interest-bearing and can only be used to place orders on NovaPR. Wallet balances are not withdrawable as cash except via our Refund Policy.
5. Orders & Placement
When you place an order, we deduct the publication price from your wallet and begin the placement process. Most orders publish within 24 hours; quick-delivery options may publish within 10 minutes on select outlets during IST business hours (10:00 – 18:00).
Once an order is marked completed and a live URL is provided, the placement is final and non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Content Restrictions
You agree not to submit content that is:
- Defamatory, false, misleading, or deceptive
- Infringing on third-party intellectual property
- Related to illegal products or services
- Adult content, gambling (where restricted), or hate speech
- Otherwise prohibited by the destination publisher's editorial guidelines

7. Affiliate Program
Affiliates may earn commission on orders placed by users they refer via a unique referral link. Commission rates are shown in your affiliate dashboard. Payouts are subject to a minimum threshold and admin approval. We reserve the right to reject fraudulent or self-referred activity.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to content you submit. By submitting, you grant NovaPR and the destination publisher a limited license to publish, format, and distribute your content on the selected outlet.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaPR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting team@novapr.co. We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of India unless otherwise required by applicable law.
