Refund Policy

We offer a 100% refund on any order we are unable to place on the selected publication. Refunds are returned to your NovaPR wallet balance and can be used for any other order, or withdrawn as described below.

Eligible for Refund

Publication rejects your article and no suitable alternative exists
Order remains pending for more than 7 days due to our inability to place it
Technical failure on our end prevents placement
You cancel before we have begun the placement process (within 24 hours of order)

Not Eligible

Article has already been published (URL provided)
Client-initiated cancellation after publication has started
Dissatisfaction with editorial formatting if publication guidelines were followed
SEO / ranking outcomes (we cannot guarantee ranking improvements)
Traffic or engagement received after publication

How to Request a Refund

Email team@novapr.co or open a support ticket
Include your order ID
Describe the issue

We respond within 24 hours and issue eligible refunds within 3 business days to your NovaPR wallet.

Wallet Withdrawals

Wallet balances can be withdrawn to the original payment method upon request. Processing times vary:

Crypto: 24 hours after request
UPI / Razorpay: 3–5 business days
Card / Square: 5–10 business days (refunded to original card)

Gateway fees are non-refundable.

Partial Refunds

In cases where an order is partially fulfilled (e.g. article published with modifications), we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

Affiliate Commissions

If an order that generated an affiliate commission is refunded, the corresponding commission is reversed from the referrer's pending balance.

Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate to team@novapr.co. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly within 10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer or payment processor. Chargebacks result in immediate account suspension and a $25 processing fee.
